Who are we
-
Our goal is simple: to help early family life feel more manageable by bringing calm, structure, and steady support back into your home.
OALA Home provides hands-on parent support for families navigating early family life, from pregnancy through the first months at home.
This is not babysitting, cleaning, or someone taking over your household. It is steady, practical support delivered alongside you to help bring calm, structure, and breathing room back into your home during one of the most demanding seasons of life.
As a mother of two, I understand the mental load, the constant juggling, and how quickly everyday tasks can feel overwhelming. My role is to step in as a calm, steady second set of hands, assisting with practical household tasks, non-medical newborn stage support while you remain present, and implementing simple, sustainable systems that make daily life more manageable.
Support may include pre baby preparation, nursery and baby supply organisation, resetting high traffic areas, folding laundry, managing kitchen flow, and helping create structure that reduces daily stress.
OALA Home welcomes all families, including single parents, busy households, and LGBTQ+ couples, and is delivered with warmth, discretion, and professionalism, supported by First Aid and CPR training, allergy and anaphylaxis awareness, Working With Children clearance, and a background in functional interior design.
Early family life may never be effortless, but it does not have to feel unsupported. -
At Oala Home, we believe in providing support with care and compassion, helping families feel nurtured and understood. We create balance and flow in the home, turning everyday spaces into calm, organized, and functional environments. Inclusivity is at the heart of what we do — we proudly support all families, regardless of their structure. With trust, reliability, and attention to detail, we handle every task thoughtfully and professionally. Our services are flexible and personalized, tailored to each family’s unique needs, while empowering parents with confidence and peace of mind as they navigate the busy demands of modern family life.

A little about me
Hello, I’m Najeya, the founder of OALA Home and a mother of two daughters. I have always been drawn to creating homes that feel both functional and nurturing, spaces that support the people living in them rather than overwhelm them. My professional journey began over a decade ago in the home services industry, where I built a strong reputation for organisation, attention to detail, and helping households run smoothly. Over time, that experience deepened into a true understanding of how much the environment of a home impacts daily life.
After living abroad in the United States with my family, I stepped away from business to become a full time stay at home mother. It was during this season that I gained a deeper, more personal understanding of the invisible weight so many parents carry. The constant balancing act, the mental load, the way small daily tasks can quietly build into overwhelm. I also witnessed how structured in home support was more commonly embraced overseas, particularly during pregnancy and the newborn stage. That experience shaped the vision for OALA Home.
Now based in Melbourne, I combine my lived experience as a mother with my background in interior design to provide hands on parent support for early family life. My work focuses on supporting families from pregnancy through the first months at home, helping create calmer, more functional spaces through thoughtful organisation and simple, sustainable systems. I have a genuine love for babies and find deep fulfilment in supporting families during this tender stage, offering calm assistance with newborn settling while parents remain present. My role is not to take over, but to work alongside families, bringing steady support, structure, and breathing room back into the home.
My goal is simple: to help families experience early family life in a home that feels lighter, more manageable, and supportive rather than overwhelming. A space that feels calm, functional, and safe for everyone within it.
