Our parent support is designed to gently hold both you and your baby during the early weeks. With you present, we provide calm, hands-on newborn care including settling, soothing, nappy changes, feeding support, and pram walks , so you can rest, shower, eat, or simply take a breath, knowing your baby is lovingly cared for.
For families who need extra support, we also offer overnight newborn support to help parents rest and recover during this tender time. Care is tailored to your family’s needs and may include settling, feeding support, and general newborn care throughout the night. Alongside practical help, we offer emotional support and quiet companionship from someone who understands the realities of early parenthood, helping to ease overwhelm and build confidence as you transition into life with a new baby.
Overnight support is available on request and discussed during consultation to ensure the right fit for your family.

The focus is not on sleep training or medical care, but on reducing exhaustion and creating practical support so you can rest more easily and feel less alone during those long early nights.
