If you’ve ever wished for one person who could just help everything run more smoothly, you’re not alone. Modern family life is busy, layered, and often overwhelming — especially when you’re juggling work, parenting, recovery, and the endless mental load of running a home.
Oala Home was created to fill the space between services, offering holistic, practical, and deeply supportive care for families — all in one place.
-
OALA Home provides hands-on, in- home parent support designed to make early family life feel more manageable. I work alongside you to reduce the mental and physical load that builds during pregnancy and the first months at home with baby.
This support may include;
preparing your home before baby arrives,
organising nursery and baby supply areas,
resetting high traffic family spaces,
folding laundry,
managing kitchen flow, and implementing simple systems that make daily life easier.
During newborn stage sessions, I can also assist with;
settling or soothing baby while you remain present,
assistance with burping baby, bathing & nappy changes,
giving you space to rest, shower, or simply breathe.
simple meal preps/snacks
I do not replace you as a parent, and I do not take over your home. My role is to provide steady, practical assistance that brings structure, order, and breathing room back into your space.

Yes — completely.
Every Oala Home package is tailored to the individual client. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all support. Your package is shaped around:
Your household structure
Your schedule and workload
Your stage of life (pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, work-heavy seasons)
Your personal needs and priorities
Support can evolve over time as your needs change.

While postpartum doulas focus on maternal recovery, emotional support, and newborn education, OALA Home provides practical, hands on parent support within the home.

Where a doula supports recovery, OALA supports function.The goal is not clinical care, but practical, steady assistance that helps your home feel calmer, more organised, and easier to manage during early family life.

-
When you hire OALA Home, the goal is not perfection. It is breathing room.
You can expect a home that feels lighter and more manageable. Laundry is no longer piling up in corners. The kitchen is no longer in a constant state of mess. High traffic areas feel reset instead of chaotic. Baby supplies are organised and easy to access. Small, daily tasks stop building into overwhelming stress.
More importantly, the mental load begins to ease. You are no longer carrying everything alone. You are able to take a shower in peace. To sit down without immediately jumping back up. To have a short nap without guilt creeping in. To feel supported rather than stretched thin.
-
